At Hardtwein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we provide detailed photos and product information so you know exactly what to expect.
Returns & refunds
Made-to-order items are crafted especially for you and are final sale, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds on these items. You can recognize made-to-order items on the product page when it states: “Ring is made to order. Estimated delivery time is 6–8 weeks.”
Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and returned in their original condition. Trying your item on to check the fit is absolutely fine, but we can’t accept returns for items that show signs of wear. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange for a different size (made-to-order)
As each made-to-order piece is crafted specifically for you, please make sure to confirm your ring size before placing your order. We offer detailed instructions and a ring sizer for you here. If your ring doesn’t fit, please check your ring’s product page to confirm if resizing is possible, as resizing is available for select models only. If it is possible, contact us at info@hardtwein.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Please note that resizing and shipping costs are at your own expense. For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning your item for resizing, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
