Due to the nature of our made-to-order business we currently don't offer returns or refunds on our rings. All sales are final.

Exchange for a different size

As all our pieces are made-to-order, it is important that you ensure before ordering what your ring size is. We offer detailed instructions and a ring sizer for you here. If your ring doesn’t fit, please check your ring’s product page to confirm if resizing is possible, as resizing is available for select models only. If it is possible, contact us at info@hardtwein.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Please note that resizing and shipping costs are at your own expense. For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning your item for resizing, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
