We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects and we will offer a repair free of charge.
Please note that alterations or modifications made to the original piece, such as resizing or engraving, should be performed by Hardtwein exclusively to be covered by this warranty.
Our warranty excludes any damages resulting from third-party workmanship, accidents, improper care, negligence, or regular wear and tear over time. If any stones are lost, they can be replaced for a fee. Damages not covered by our warranty may be repaired for a fee that is determined by the severity of the damage.
